SECOND LOCKDOWN – TEMPORARY CHANGES TO OUR SERVICE
Further to the announcement of the second lockdown commencing from Thursday 5th November, please note the following changes to our business:
All showroom visits must be arranged by prior appointment only. This is for safety reasons so we can strictly control the number of visitors to our showroom at all times.
SITE VISITS – MEASURING AND PLANNING SERVICE
Please understand we, unfortunately, are not able to continue with site visits during lockdown due to the safety of our staff and customers.
Our business will be operating on a shortened week from Monday to Friday only.
Our staff will be on hand via email or telephone to answer any queries you may have or to book appointments and deliveries etc.
We will continue to operate our delivery service as normal throughout the lockdown period.
COLLECTIONS AND RETURNS
All collections and returns from or to our warehouse must be arranged by prior appointment only during the lockdown period. We will of course continue to operate with appropriate PPE to protect both our customers and staff.
