All staff at Westwave are trained to offer a no-pressure, relaxed shopping experience. Our staff are salaried, not commission based, so you will not get a hard sell from us. We’re here to offer good, impartial advice to help you design and build the bathroom you’ve always wanted.
If you feel you need our help, please ask, as we are very willing to spend as much time with you as you need in order for us to help you find the best possible solutions to your bathroom needs, and your budget. We also offer a free home measuring service if you need help with the planning stage, to ensure the items you want fit into the space available.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Availability timescales vary greatly depending on the manufacturer. Many items are available within a short lead time, but to avoid disappointment, we do advise at least a 4-week lead time from when you place your order for most of our product range.
If you require any item urgently, we will give you an estimated date for availability before you order. We also offer a bespoke service, so please ask a member of staff if you have any specific requirements which we do not display.
FREE, CAREFUL delivery by our own delivery staff
We do not use third party delivery companies. We employ our own careful delivery driver, who will deliver to your door and will check off each item with you thoroughly.
We can deliver on the day your plumber is ready to install your new bathroom, to avoid you having to store for any length of time.
We work extremely hard to ensure that all of your order will be delivered undamaged, fault free, on time, and correctly.
FITTING SERVICE
We work closely with all local fitters, so if your own fitter requires assistance with installing any of our products, we will happily offer them help and advice to ensure the products we supply are fitted correctly. We have access to all manufacturers technical helplines for any queries raised.
If you do not have your own fitter to install your new bathroom, then we can offer help with this too. We have carefully selected a small number of independent local fitters who are competitively priced, but above all, reliable, and come highly recommended by our previous customers.

We offer a no quibble returns policy, so if you find that anything, we supply is not suitable, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an immediate replacement or refund, no questions asked, guaranteed.
And if you opt for our measuring service, we will refund any full boxes of surplus tiles and flooring!
